DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE ENVY!!! This establishment is unprofessional and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to freeze my account in February, got billed though April and when I called this location. I was informed it was MY fault for not following up with the location regarding my cancellation paperwork. Even though I had ALREADY FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK in another location it was still my fault according to the management that I didn't follow up with the paperwork. So because the Wadsworth location did not send my cancellation paperwork to the Highlands Ranch station (my fault by the way) I was billed again. SO... I filled out another cancellation form and disputed the monthly charges I never used with my bank. Trust me when i say this place is a compete waste of your time and the massages are in no way, shape, or fashion, remotely worth the amount of frustration I just experienced.
